I am trying to add a script to header and confirmation page header, but every time I add on it removes every other script.
Is this intentional or why is this happening? If I cant add code to just confirmation page I can’t track users through out the whole process and get the conversion on the last page

I have reported this behavior to our engineering team so they can investigate further. If you are able to provide a short video demonstrating the issue, it would be very helpful for our review and troubleshooting.
In the meantime, please try adding your code to one section, click outside the field to allow the auto-save to complete, and then proceed to adding the next script to the other section.
I will keep you updated as soon as I receive more information from our engineering team or once a fix is available.
Not sure if you changed something but it seems that the bug has been fixed and I was able to add code to both header areas with out having the second one removed.
