What’s the most streamlined automated way for my client update knowledge based outside of pickaxe. I’m full managing the studio but I do want to copy files over, I want my clients to update as needed

Not yet but I will, my clients want to upload lots of pdfs and items that are not in Google document format
Docs don’t have to be in G Doc format. G Docs can be saved in almost any other popular formats and stored in the same G Drive > Pickaxe can pull ANY file format stored in the drive.

I hear you. It would be more convenient to allow for a wider range of file types to be read from a G Drive.
There is a viable workaround however. You can always utilize a hybrid workflow for the KB. Use both G Drive and the native KB (upload any/all file types that are not Google-native). Does that make sense?
