Chat history is not updating for end users on embeded pickaxes (it been like that for two weeks)

Please, for over two weeks, any chat I have with an embedded Pickaxe doesn’t save the chat in the chat history module, and this is not good for the end user, as many will love to revisit some of their chats. I will be launching my AI agents this month, and I can’t afford for my customers to have this hiccup. This is one of my favourite features and I have been disturbed about it not working. I have spent the past two weeks messaging support, but no satisfactory response has been given to me. Please, I need help

I completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially with your launch coming up.

Just to add some context for others here, this is already being treated as urgent, and I had shared an update over email (including ticket PRD-862) shortly before this post. It’s possible that update was missed, so no worries at all for raising it here as well.

I’m actively tracking this with the engineering team and will keep you posted as we make progress.

Thanks for your patience and apologies for any delays.

Engineers just informed me that the issue is resolved now. We tested it on your existing embeds as well and it is working fine on our end. Can you please give it a try and let me know if everything is fine?
