Hi Pickaxe team,
I’m hoping someone can clarify a number that is now appearing under a user’s remaining balance.
When a user clicks the pricing button in the top-right corner, they see:
747 uses = ~$37.35/month
I’m confused about where the $37.35/month figure comes from. My plans are priced at $49 per month (350 uses) for the lower tier and $79 per month (750 uses) for the higher tier, and I do not charge customers per use.
Is the $37.35 supposed to represent the estimated cost or value of the remaining credits? Is it the approximate cost if all of those credits are used?
I don’t mind users seeing how many uses they have remaining, but I would preferably not want the additional monthly dollar amount displayed. Is there a way to hide this figure while keeping the remaining uses visible?
I may be missing something, but I don’t remember this number appearing previously. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! I love the Pickaxe platform and have been very happy with how everything is running.
