Can Gemini 3 Flash (model Pickaxe uses) generate agents from the fly that it runs on the background before it answers the human input or is it better to do this through actions with other agents we have predefined?
Could you please clarify what you mean by
I want to make sure I fully understand the question so I can respond accurately.
Yeah, sorry for the badly worded question. I noticed that some models like Kimi 2.5 generate agents automatically to specialize in different task, and I was wondering if Gemini 3 Flash has this capability if prompted correctly.
All good, sorry about the confusion on my side too.
When you say “agent,” do you mean a Pickaxe that creates a new Pickaxe automatically, or just one Pickaxe calling another existing Pickaxe?
Neighter, I mean generating a bot on the background like Kimi 2.5 Agent mode.
Hi @hurmuli yes, 3 Flash does support agents, but not in the Pickaxe environment. In IDE environments, you can use Gemini 3 Flash to spin up agents to take on various tasks.
Thanks for the answer. @abhi is this something you might support in Pickaxe at some point?
Feel free to post this in the Feature Request section. I haven’t used Kimi 2.5 myself, so it would really help if you could explain how it works or what the flow looks like. That way others (including me) can clearly understand the proposed feature and upvote it.
