My embedded Pickaxes in my Circle community have not been working for the past couple days. When hitting “submit” on the form, the responses don’t show. It just reverts to the original state.

From our side, I just tested embedding into Circle and it seems to be working.
Could you please try re-embedding your Pickaxe to see if that resolves the issue?
To help us better understand the issue, could you please share a brief video or a few screenshots of what you’re seeing. Additionally, could you walk us through exactly how you’re embedding your Pickaxe and whether you’ve recently connected a custom domain? This information will assist us in identifying the root cause more effectively.

My customers are having the same issue, so it’s not just on my end.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have brought up the issue to our team, and we are actively investigating it. In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to turn on the “Enable chat responses” option on your Pickaxe Form.

The issue should now be resolved. I have tested embedding Form Pickaxes on both Circle and Notion, and they are now functioning as expected. If you continue to experience any issues, please try re-embedding your tools. Should the problem persist, let us know and we will investigate further.
