Pickaxe chat displays as blank when embedded in Circle community (using circle link).

The agent is actually displaying exactly as it’s supposed to. I guess it’d be easier if you had also included pictures in this post, and we’ll follow up via email of course.
The issue is height. The format you’re seeing in Circle is what our embeds naturally do when we determine they don’t have enough room to render the typical way. Circle doesn’t help with this, they cause lots of issues with embed rendering. But overall, they’re just dynamic, and it looks like your circle version is just a tad too short to render properly.
I bet if you up your embed height on this embed from the default to around 750px, it’ll start looking closer to what you’re seeking immediately after you click save.
