Firefox Browser..... menu issue ? ??

I have a subscriber who is on Firefox on a MacBook, and when they use my Pickaxe Studio, they have some menu issues. When they click on the user profile, memories, files, or usage, nothing happens.

That same user has no problems if they use Chrome. The same thing happens on the left side menu, but only on pages that I’ve put into the studio. All of the Pickaxe works just fine.

Wondering if Firefox is a supported browser for Pickaxe?

Hi @dougfresh! Happy to look into this. We do support Firefox, and I can troubleshoot these issues for you. I downloaded Firefox and tested using one of my studios, and I didn’t have any problems - could you tell me the name of the Studio in question, and ask the user whether they have any extensions, VPNs, or other things that might impact the page rendering?
