While working on a Pickaxe, User Inputs for a form will seemingly randomly convert to text and in doing so delete the whole form.
It started out looking like the 2nd image before it changed itself to all text and deleted the form. I can revert back to when it worked, but once I try to save it, it again converts back to text and removed the form.

we tested this on our end and weren’t able to reproduce the issue. We also made a few small changes in the background to improve things. Would you mind trying again and letting us know if it’s still happening?
