Last week I posted in the community requesting a microphone option for voice-to-text input in Pickaxe form fields, especially for forms fields with requiring heavier text requirements. I noticed this feature was added very quickly afterward, so first of all a HUGE thank you to the Pickaxe team for the fast turnaround on the feature request.
One issue we have come across since testing the voice to text form input feature with a client:
When we use the microphone input to fill a form field. Once the voice-to-text transcription completes, the transcribed text is added to the corresponding form field then automatically copied into all other form fields.
I have tested this behavior on both my client’s Pickaxe account and my own, and it appears to happen consistently across different forms, so it seems to be a platform-level bug rather than a form-specific issue.
I have attached screenshots showing an example where voice input was used for one field, but the same transcription was duplicated across multiple fields unintentionally.
