E’ possibile avere i file che vengono caricati nelle chat e caricati in upload divisi in cartelle in modo che l’utente li possa vedere organizzati? Grazie

It is definitely possible to have user uploaded files from chat to be organized into folders! If you have the file upload option enabled in the builder, every time a user uploads a file, it gets saved into a folder that users can open.
Here is where you can turn on the file upload option in the builder! You will have the option to keep it off, have only one specific agent see the uploaded files, or have all agents in the workspace to see the files uploaded.
Here is the folder where each user can look at their uploaded files!
