How can users change their credit card details?

Hi there - I have someone who subscribes to my pickaxe studio for a monthly plan and she is looking to change her credit card details but she is telling me she only sees the cancel option. I can’t see her view and no idea what her settings look like so I am having a hard time advising her what to do next. Is there any documentation on this?

Hi @userresearchstrategi,

We added a button next to the manage plan button called “Update Card”. This should take end users to a screen where they can change their card information. Please let your user know and give us an update on how it goes!
