Hi there, can I create a custom action that incorprates creating a summary to send to the user and the owner (myself)? How many steps can I have in a single custom action? My plan is limited to just one action, so I am wondering how in-depth the custom actuion can be.
Ideally I would like it to create a pdf to send to the user and myself. Has anyone else done this?
