I am using an embedded Pickaxe where currently 10 users can interact with it. The users are signed into my platform, but they do not sign into my pickaxe, via the email login, whatsoever. In The Users - Manage Users there is only me and nobody else, even though 10 users interact with my pickaxe.
How can I make sure that pickaxe doesnt use any history, memory from other users? To be safe, I am ok even not to use any history, memory from the same user’s past sessions.

You can manage memory from the Studio settings. You can switch it on or off from there. Attaching a screenshot.
But I want to SEE the user history under pickaxe’s ‘Response History’ for quality assurance purposes to see if the Pickaxe is working as intended.
What I don’t want: USE any memories/history from past sessions. Especially not using another user’s history and responding with examples that the other user didn’t even hear of.
You can see every user’s conversation for quality assurance. Just go to your Studio, open the Users tab, then Activity. That is where all conversations are stored for you as the owner. End users cannot see each other’s history.
Now about memories or past sessions:
Your Pickaxe does not use past conversations as context unless you have User Memories turned on. If User Memories are off, each session is fresh. It will not pull examples from another user or mix conversations.
