I'm unable to connect my knowledge base

When I try to connect my knowledge base to chat I keep getting this error. This was supposed to be launched today for my client, please help.

Invalid `prisma.pickaxeSnapshotDocumentAssociation.findMany()` invocation: Inconsistent query result: Field document is required to return data, got `null` instead.

@webgig_team thanks for bringing this to our attention! Does this happen every time you try to connect a document, or periodically? Is there a specific document that is consistently throwing this error?

@lindsay_support Right now, I cannot connect anything at all. Yes every time. I also cannot add new files or anything to the knowledge base.

@webgig_team thanks for letting me know! I have tried replicating this error in one of my Studios and in your “test” Studio, in both the Knowledge Base tab and in the Pickaxe Builder, and I was able to upload and connect files without issues each time. Would you mind sending the name of the Pickaxe(s), a screenshot of the error, and the file(s) that you are trying to upload either here or to info@pickaxeproject.com?
