Is downgrading plan possible? "Sorry, we can't dig up this page"

Hey. Used Pickaxe with great success on a gig. Now I want to put my account from “Gold” to “Free” awaiting further gigs.

If I go from “Plans-Pricing” to “Free”, I just get a “Sorry, we can’t dig up this page” error.

… is my only option to delete my account to get the Gold billing to stop?

Thanks for the heads up—your downgrade link is supposed to take you straight into the Free plan, but it is currently sending Gold accounts to a 404. I have logged this internally as PRD-504 so our product team can fix the flow. In the meantime we can downgrade you manually so billing stops; just reply here or email info@pickaxeproject.com with the account email and we will flip it right away.
