We’re getting the following “list index out of range” Error when using the word document generator, only surfaced for the past 2-3 days.
Any updates in the server or backend that may have cause this error to arise? Our existing system instructions and prompts were working prior to this.

We’ve gotten 2 reports this week from users that the PDF generator action is failing (sounds similar to this wordpress one in the error language)

Hi @stephenbdiaz you mean the native PDF generation action or a custom one you created?
@stephenbdiaz @WorldMasterClass are these errors still happening? I user tested both Actions and they seemed to work fine
