LTD tier 3 - Anyone?

I’ve been using Pickaxe since 2024 and absolutely loving it! It’s amazing to see how much the platform has evolved and how many new features keep rolling out.

Back in 2024, I bought the Lifetime Deal (Tier 3) on ■■■■■■■. However, because so much has changed—and because I bought the Black Friday PRO upgrade last year—my dashboard no longer displays my original Tier 3 specs. I’m trying to figure out what that Tier 3 license actually covers today.

Did anyone else buy Tier 3 back then and happen to have clarity on what the current deal terms are? Specifically, which AI models are included, how the grandfathered terms apply now, etc.?

For context, here were the original deal terms from ■■■■■■■:

Deal Terms & Features:

  • Lifetime access to Pickaxe (All future Gold Plan updates / mapped to new plan names)

  • Grandfathered into new features and feature limits

  • Monthly credit limits are based on GPT-4 (subject to change based on costs of newer versions)

Tier 3 Specs:

  • 1,000 monthly credits

  • 50 studios

  • 3 actions per tool (API integrations)

  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for OpenAI (unlimited usage)

  • Features included: Unlimited Pickaxes, embed anywhere, custom domain for Studios, embed usage limits, branded chat icons, usage analytics, 10% take rate.

In short, the “Deal Terms and Features” you referenced above are still accurate today - LTD users have access to the same set of features as our in-house Gold plan users, and all new features added for Gold tier users are likewise added for LTD users.

When it comes to specific feature allocations (credits, Workspaces, etc), there are some differences based on LTD tier, just as there were on the original version of the site. See below for a breakdown of these elements by tier.

Tier 1

  • 3 Workspaces
  • $10/month in credits
  • 50 KB items per Workspace
  • 10% take rate
  • 1 action connection
  • 1 collaborator per Workspace
  • 1 user memory per Workspace

Tier 2

  • 50 Workspaces
  • $12.50/month in credits
  • 50 KB items per Workspace
  • 10% take rate
  • 2 action connections
  • 1 collaborator per Workspace
  • 1 user memory per Workspace

Tier 3

  • 50 Workspaces
  • $15/month in credits
  • 50 KB items per Workspace
  • 10% take rate
  • 3 action connections
  • 1 collaborator per Workspace
  • 1 user memory per Workspace
