Hi Pickaxe community! ![]()
Your users can now save useful responses for later and download them to use outside the conversation. We’ve also brought Favorites, uploaded files, and memories together in their profile.
Here’s a quick walkthrough of what’s new:
Save responses to Favorites
When an agent gives someone an answer worth keeping, they can hit Save. From Favorites, they can search their saved responses and jump back into the original conversation.
↓ Download answers
A project plan, a first draft, a checklist: users can download a response as a Word document, PDF, Markdown, HTML, or plain text file, ready to edit or share.
Favorites and downloads work in portals, through direct links, and in embedded agents, including iframe embeds.
Find more in one place
In the portal, uploaded files and memories now sit alongside Favorites in the user’s profile. Users can find the documents they’ve shared and review or update what the agent remembers about them, where those features are enabled.
Uploads and memories were already available. This update brings their controls into the same profile area.
Give it a try, and let us know what you think! What kinds of responses will your users want to save?
