Vault/Workspace for the user

Possible to have an vault in which the user can save important answers of the agent. Create folders, upload word, excel, documents a kind of workspace :slightly_smiling_face:

Also a possibility for the user to integrate documents inside the agent knowledgebase. :grinning_face:

If the goal is for each end user to upload their own files and have Agents reference them, Pickaxe already supports that. Set your Agent’s file upload setting to “All tools for each user”. With this enabled, any file an end user uploads is tied to their account, and other Agents in the same portal can reference those files. This creates a user‑specific knowledge space across the portal.

For the “vault” idea, it is a great feature request, and I’ll bring it up to the team.

You could consider using the Send Summary Email to User action for this use case. You can prompt the Agent so users can ask it to send an important response to them by email.

Another option is to use something like a Google Drive MCP with Use User’s Credentials enabled. That would allow end users to connect their own Google Drive account, and the Agent could create or update documents there with saved answers. This approach can also work as a personal knowledge base, since users could store their own documents in Google Drive and have the Agent read, analyze, or reference them.
