Hi everyone,
A new moderation and security feature is now available in your Studio. You can ban individual end-users directly from the Users tab to prevent abusive or harmful activity inside your tools.
What this feature does
When you ban a user from the Manage Users section:
- Their account is immediately suspended, and they will see a message indicating that their access has been revoked.
- They can no longer log in or create new accounts under the same Studio.
- The ban is enforced using both IP and browser cookie signals, which allows the system to prevent repeated attempts from the same source.
This feature is designed to protect creators from users who may attempt to exploit free credits, perform excessive automated usage, or otherwise negatively impact your Studio’s resources.
Where to find it
In your Studio dashboard, go to:
Studio > Users > Manage Users
Click the three dots next to any user and select Ban.
