My pickaxe has custom KB files. It’s suddenly not seeing most of the Word docs in there. It was seeing them fine, then I made some edits to the master prompt, and now it’s not seeing files that are “on” in the KB and were always “on” in the KB. Is this a transient issue? Any tips for recovering full function?

Thanks for reporting this. Please email info@pickaxeproject.com with the link to your Pickaxe and the email ID on your account. It might be related to the Knowledge tab or Configure tab settings, but we can confirm once we take a look.
Here’s what I saw and did:
Most of the active KB files were within the specific pickaxe, but they were not showing in the main KB file set for the studio overall. It seemed to me that the AI could not see them. So I deleted them, added them to the main studio KB, and activated them within the specific pickaxe. Then they worked. Is it possible my pickaxe was created prior to some sort of update, which broke file access? (it’s about 2 months old)
