Portal Editor Link Hijacking / Incorrect Agent Mapping

Subject: Bug Report: Portal Editor Link Hijacking / Incorrect Agent Mapping

Description: There is a critical navigation error within the Portal “Edit” view. When attempting to edit specific agents listed in a portal, the interface consistently redirects to the configuration page of a different agent than the one selected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the Portal Edit/Management view for [Your Portal Name].

  2. Locate the list of Pickaxes assigned to the portal.

  3. Click the “Edit” icon/button for the first agent in the list (e.g., “Clinical Communication Diagnostic”).

  4. Observed Result: The system opens the builder/settings page for a completely different agent (e.g., “Clinical Conflict Command”), which is currently ranked 3rd in the list.

  5. Expected Result: The system should open the unique configuration page for the specific agent clicked.

Impact: This issue prevents the manual refinement of core agents within the portal structure and forces a workaround of searching for agents individually in the main dashboard, significantly slowing down the development of the “Tutor OS” workflow.

Environment:

  • Browser: [Insert your browser, e.g., Chrome/Safari]

  • Platform: Pickaxe Portal Management

  • Screenshot attached: [Attach image_f4e721.png to the ticket]

All agents navigate to the same pickaxe agent page edit page.

@englishcheckup thanks for reporting - we will look into this right away!

Hi @englishcheckup ,

Thank you for reporting this. This issue has already been logged with our engineering team under PRD-775, and they are actively working on a fix.

Just to help clarify what you are seeing, the Agent Page Design tab sets the shared design for all Agent pages in the portal, rather than separate designs for each individual Agent. At the moment, the preview can show a different Agent than the one you clicked on, which makes the experience understandably confusing. That preview behavior is the part our team is working to fix so the correct Agent is shown there while you edit.

We appreciate you flagging this and helping us improve the platform.
