"Priority 1" Support Ticket - Chat UPGRADE SIGN IN and LOG IN not working

I have performed a full environment audit. The login loop persists across multiple devices (PC/Mac/Mobile) and multiple independent networks (ISP vs. Cellular Data). This is a server-side authentication conflict affecting my specific Admin ID. I have a paid launch scheduled for this Wednesday. I need an engineer to manually reset my session state or clear any conflicting user-roles on my account englishcheckup immediately.
