Private Invite Only studio not working

I have some invite only studios that now just says:

I see no way for the user to login? it also says powered by pickaxe and I have a pro account with whitelabel turned on.

hi @taedog2020, thanks for reaching out! Are you accessing this using your Pickaxe account, or is this a screenshot from an end user?

it is from the general public or a user. i just went to the domain that we have been using for months and got this.

We made a fix, is this still an issue for you?

Looks to be working from phone. In car will check from PC shortly

Looks good now, tested it and no issues at this time.

It’s BACK! Users seeing that same screen again

@lindsay_support I have a similar issue. I just created a new user for my portal, and now it says the site is in maintenance

It’s back. And i have 50 users supposed to login at EOD! Ugh.

What my users see. from their laptop, phone, different browsers. . .

Thanks for the fast heads-up. We reopened this internally as PRD-526 so engineering can chase it right away. It looks like the maintenance gate flipped itself back on for invite-only portals, which obviously should not happen. Could you email info@pickaxeproject.com (or DM me here) with the portal link plus any member emails that are seeing the maintenance screen? That will let the team validate the fix directly against your workspace as soon as the patch is ready. I will keep this thread updated as soon as I hear back.
