Even though the studio is set to Whitelist (I’m on Pro), it shows “Powered by Pickaxe” on the sign-up page.
It’s defaulting to the sign up page now, but in my case, my users will never sign up through that screen. It was better before when it defaulted to the sign in page.
My portals should all be unlimited usage. I went to change one to unlimited and received an error. It will only allow “x per day/week/etc” type use structures and won’t switch over to unlimited.
I knew the changes were coming, but not having any way to test ahead of time, this is very frustrating.
Sorry about the frustration here, and thanks for flagging it. We definitely want to take a closer look and get this sorted out for you.
Could you please share a few details so we can investigate properly?
• Your registered Pickaxe email ID
• The Studio link/Sign-up page where this is happening
• If possible, the name of the portal/Pickaxe showing the issue
You can send these details to info@pickaxe.co and we’ll dig into it right away.
Once we have the studio details we should be able to reproduce the issue and see what’s going on with the whitelist behavior and unlimited usage setting. Appreciate your patience while we look into it.
Hey @unifiedleadership, we pushed some fixes to white labeling, and you should now be able to toggle on/off in the Settings area of your Dashboard (see screenshot)! Regarding 2 and 3, it would be great to get the info @abhi asked about if you’re still having issues!
Appreciate you laying out the specifics here. We pushed two fixes this morning:
White label badges – the entitlement moved to the workspace level during the migration, so head to Workspace Settings → Branding and flip White Label back on. That will remove the “Powered by Pickaxe” language from the new sign-up/sign-in experience as well as any direct links. (This was tracked as PRD-471.)
Unlimited usage toggle – the form validation was incorrectly blocking the “Unlimited” option when you saved changes. That patch (PRD-484) is live now; you should be able to set a portal to Unlimited again without it snapping back to per-day/per-week limits.
On the autoplay to the sign-up page feedback: we hear you. Product is looking at exposing a “default to sign-in” switch again so studios that only invite existing members can skip the email capture step. If you still see either of the bugs above after a fresh reload, send me the workspace name or portal link and I’ll double-check the config right away.
