I have a Free plan that allows 10 credits per month. In the beginning people who signed up got this Free tier upon sign-up. Some time in the past week it stopped doing this and instead placed them in what I can only guess is the Guest Tier? this tier has no credits associated with it though so my clients get no credits to use. How do I get PA to recognize the Free tier upon initial sign-up???

They will automatically receive it only if there’s one free product or if they’ve been invited with that product.
But I’ve had all of those as free products for the entire time, and it never affected this? Is this a new “Update” that no one was told about? I need you to revert that insane change. Fix it please you have ruined my business by doing this.
I thought that if only one was “Visible” and the others were “Hidden” then the Visible one would be the default?
