Provider Error: You exceeded your current quota -> But it's not exceeded

I can’t use my own pickaxe even though I have assigned unlimited credits to my account. I got such a message:

Plan usage this month: $0.32/$12.50.
I used just a fraction of my montly Pickaxe credits but it stopped working. At the most important time!!!

So what the heck is going on here?

This is an issue with Gemini 3 Pro exclusively that has just begun in the last hour or so. They may be having an outage or at least a configuration issue, it seems other users are struggling too. See here.

This isn’t Pickaxe limiting you, just an issue with one of the model providers.
