Where do I learn what a portal is? and who I’m giving access to what. this is extremely confusing new UI and I don’t have a clue who has access to which products please show me where to figure this out.

Can people still sign up for a free member access portal without being invited?
Where do you set the price for the portals? Very confusing setup, I feel like this could be much easier.

Personally, I think the only confusing thing is that it’s different, and we just need to take some time to learn the new system. It’s worth it, though, because with the new system come new features and flexibility in how we want to assign our users to groups, how we want our pages to look, how we charge for tokens, and more. The change of the engine over to Open Claw is going to completely open up opportunities for agentic workflows that were not really possible before. I would recommend blocking out a couple of hours and exploring everything so that you get a good grasp on it.
Agreed on this one, now I’ve managed to get my head around everything, it makes sense.
