Please include the link to the Agent where this happened and let us know whether the issue occurs only with this Agent or with any Agent you try to deploy to WhatsApp.

Could you also clarify exactly when the error appears? For example, does it happen immediately after clicking “Connect with Facebook,” or after attempting to connect your WhatsApp Business account? Also, please let us know whether the Facebook popup showed any errors, or if the only error you saw was the one outside the popup.

It would also be helpful to know whether the WhatsApp Business account is brand new or an existing account that has already been used with other platforms. Please also let us know whether your Meta Business account has a currency set, whether the business is verified, and whether any WhatsApp numbers are already connected to it.
