Successfully Uploaded Knowledge Files Disappearing/Deleted After Publish/Edit

I have noticed a recurring issue over the past few weeks and wanted to check if others are experiencing the same thing.

When I publish or edit/save a PickAxe, all previously uploaded knowledge files sometimes disappear -even though they initially upload without any errors and successfully uploaded.

This has happened across multiple PickAxes for both me and my clients, and it has a major impact since our RAG models rely heavily on those documents.

Is this a known issue tied to the recent knowledge file upload updates?

And is there any recommended fix or workaround to prevent the files from being cleared?

Can you try uploading and saving once more? If the files disappear again, a quick screen recording or a few screenshots will really help us pinpoint what’s going on. Please feel free to reply to the same email thread with the attachment if possible.
