Users are getting an error when they try to subscribe?

I just got off the phone with a user who cannot subscribe. I just replicated it myself in incognito mode.

Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out. We checked your connected Stripe account and it looks like the products showing this error are using archived prices.

To resolve this, please open your Stripe Dashboard, go to Products, and select each affected product. Under Pricing, locate the archived price, click the three-dot menu next to it, and select “Unarchive price.” Once unarchived, please have your users try the purchase again and let me know if the error is resolved.

I’ll also confirm with our engineering team that unarchiving the price is sufficient to fully resolve this.
