The application works “ EduLabs Docentes “but when I go to edit it, it’s empty. (See attached image)
I noticed this after migrating to the new version.

I’ll pass this to our engineers so they can look into why the original form prompt disappeared.
In the meantime, since this form only has three inputs, the quickest fix is to recreate it. This usually restores everything right away and gets you back on track.
If anything feels off while rebuilding it, please tell me and I’ll be happy to help.
I don’t have the original prompt, but I suppose there’s no other way.
