Where can I find the invoice for these payments?

“I have these charges on my Pickaxe account, but I can’t see the invoices beyond the monthly subscription charge. Where can I get them? Thanks.”

Hi @moira777, happy to help. You can find all invoices and receipts directly in your account.

Here’s where to look:

  1. Go to Account → (Scroll down) → Invoices & Receipts

  2. You’ll see every charge listed there, not just the monthly subscription

  3. Click View on the right to open or download each invoice

I’ve attached a screenshot above showing the exact spot in the account area so it’s easy to find.

If anything looks off or an invoice is missing, just let us know and we’ll take a closer look.

Only the subscription invoices are showing up. Could you please provide a solution? Thank you.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I checked everything carefully, and all the charges shown in your invoice screenshots match our records, so Pickaxe has not charged anything extra beyond what appears in your account.

The $85.48 you’re seeing is not a Pickaxe subscription charge. It’s the cost to run your Pickaxe. I can see that an external API key is connected, which means this amount was most likely billed directly by your API key provider (OpenAI).

A couple of quick things to check:

  • Look at your OpenAI billing or usage dashboard for the same period. You should see a charge that matches or is very close to $85.48.

  • Check your bank or card statement to see how this charge is labeled. Pickaxe will only appear for the subscription amounts shown in your account.
