In the new platform when the user goes into copilot mode the new graphics area in the upper right prevent the user from selecting to download the file. You can see in yellow here. No amount of pulling down will allow me to get to the underlying copilot controls.
In addition, does anyone know how to turn off the area in Green? Seems redundant to the area in the upper left.
@lindsay_support @luna_support Any update on this? Not only can you not get to the file download, but you can’t actually close it. Makes using that context window over.

Thanks for the follow-up — we’re still working this Copilot toolbar regression under PRD-527. The fix in progress covers both the missing Copy/Download buttons and the empty artifact view you’re seeing when V2 opens. I just added your new screenshots + email thread to the ticket so engineering can re-test with the same conversation ID you sent in. I’ll update this topic as soon as the patched build is live.
@taedog2020 @hurmuli Thanks for hanging in there — we just pushed the Copilot toolbar fix live. After a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R) the Copy / Download controls reappear and the V2 drawer closes without spawning a blank artifact. If you still see the old UI, clear the portal cache or toggle Copilot off/on and you should pick up today’s build. Please shout if anything still looks off.
Issues still persist. Copilot disabled and enabled again, no fix.
Thanks for re-testing and sorry the toolbar is still stuck. We just re-opened PRD-527 — engineering can see the runtime still serving the old Copilot bundle even after the deploy, so theyre diffing the artifact loader now. I added the conversation ID you emailed so they can reproduce with the exact same session. Ill report back here as soon as the patched build goes out; in the meantime feel free to keep Copilot disabled if its blocking downloads.
@hurmuli how are things looking here? fix went live a few hours ago but wanted to check and make sure things got updated on your end.
Yeah I can see the change you’ve done, but the issue with the “empty” artifacts is still showing up. When clicking V2 or V3 nothing opens, generated V4 and still nothing opens in the studio or dashboard when clicking the artifact.
I’ve send the ID in your support inbox earlier on, so please check into that.
Also the sidebar still goes over some of the elements as you can see in the image, which makes the UI and UX very messy (compared to old one), where the sidebar just took its own space.
Hey @hurmuli, thanks for re-testing and for the screenshot. We can still reproduce the empty artifact drawer plus the sidebar overlap using the conversation ID you emailed in, so engineering re-opened PRD-527 and is diffing the Copilot bundle + artifact loader assets now. We are forcing the patched bundle through the CDN and will update this thread the moment downloads open again. In the meantime it is safe to keep Copilot toggled off so the rest of your flow stays unblocked.

Bigger issue is the file uploads disappearing.
