Generating anything with Copilot will work for the 1st time but after that it will simply fail, not generate anything or when trying to open then generated file will open an empty artifact window.
This also shows up in the dashboard.

Seems it just randomly breaks now in chat and shows nothing. In studio chat views I can see the file it created, but its “blank” when opened (blurry popup).

Thanks for hanging in there and for the session IDs, which helped us repro the blank Copilot artifacts. Engineering is tracking it as PRD-572 and is digging into why everything after the first generation renders empty. I will update this thread as soon as we have a fix or workaround. If you hit any new session IDs in the meantime, feel free to drop them here.

Please try prompting it to actually use the “copilot” tool to create/update/rewrite the slides. What’s happening is that the LLM is making up the artifact tags on the 2nd iteration because of all the instructions.

Can you be a bit more specific on what you mean? It is already instructed to use Copilot.
