Check it out! You’ll see a new switch in the Access area of your embed flow. Only available to Pro customers.

Flipping this switch will make it so users of the embed will be asked to “log in” with a magic email link!
They should only have to log in once to use embeds across your entire site! Once they log in, they’ll have user memories, access history, and you’ll be able to see who’s doing what in your embeds! This is truly a game changer. They’ll also show up in your CRM as a studio user, and get exactly the same package that a user would who logged in to your studio!
This feature is definitely still in beta, and big updates are coming soon, to allow full control in the embedded experience.
Stay tuned and give it a test run!
(it does not currently work well for notion embeds. Should work everywhere else)

Hi Nat, When it comes out of beta will it still be Pro only or will it be available as ‘all future upgrades’ to your lifetime deal early adopter Pickaxe brand ambassadors? Regards, Trev

Whoa this is big! Sweet update @nathaniel
@nathaniel I just want to say regarding the onboarding forms. I am VERY much looking forward to them. But I was able to successfully make my goal come true by using a combination of your Content Page HTML sections.
Now I can add my own descriptions in each of the form fields. And instead using ONE pickaxe form. I now have 10 Chatbots (so that lets me enable the voice to text button without code). The chatbots act as a little form field that my user memory can pick up on.
But I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this if it wasn’t for this new feature Email Logins in Embeds. And let me tell you I AM SO GLAD you made it to where they only have to log in ONCE for the whole website. That is huge. Otherwise they would need to magic link login for each of the 10x questions.
But this setup for acquiring user memory onboarding is better than anything I could imagine. I’m very impressed and every user I have shown this to has been very excited about it as well.
Thank you for the office hours and helping us discover new ways to use pickaxe to make our AI dreams come true!
For reference, this is the page I’m referring to if you’d like to look at what I mean.
This page is very much still a work in progress depending on when you click on it but you can see that I at least have the first 4 chatbots / form questions prepared the way I want them to look. I just need to add some line breaks and it will be good.
