I created an agent for a client, and it’s embedded on their website. In the “Access” configuration, the agent is set to “public.” If I set it to “private,” an invitation for each user is required, which I consider inefficient. I want users to be required to register to use the agent. I configured that option in “Access” under “Login Methods” and added the mail option. The problem is that the agent still works without registration. Question: How can I “force” registration to use the agent from my client’s website?
So I found a work around for this, but it is a little technical. If you have a little “Developer” knowledge, then you can figure it out pretty easily. You would need access to the clients website backend.

Hi @pl_global
Thank you for your question.
To require users to register before using the agent on your client’s website, you should enable the Email login option in the embed settings for your Pickaxe. This setting ensures that only users who have created an account in your Studio will be able to access and use the tool. Guests who do not have an account will not be able to interact with the agent.
