Google Drive Access Blocked?

Hi gang - I am seeing this when I try to connect to Google Drive as a knowledge source. Assuming it has to do with app access control but there are multiple pickaxe accounts. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What you’re seeing is almost always coming from Google’s side, not a Pickaxe bug.

A few things that usually resolve it quickly:

• Make sure you’re logged into the same Google account everywhere. If you’re using multiple Google accounts in the same browser, Google can block the Drive connection without a clear error.
Try signing into Pickaxe using Google Sign-In, then connect Google Drive using that same Google account. This keeps the permissions aligned and avoids access conflicts.
• Open an incognito window, log into just one Google account, then reconnect Drive from scratch.
• Check your Google account’s App access / security settings and confirm third-party apps are allowed. Workspace or org-managed accounts often restrict this.
• If you’re using multiple Pickaxe accounts, each one needs its own Drive authorization. That part is expected behavior.
