MCP Actions returning empty across all servers

All three of our MCP Actions (SEC EDGAR, Tavily, Alpha Vantage) are returning empty responses across both agents in our Studio. No error messages — just no data back. This was working as of July 13.

I’ve confirmed all three servers are live via direct browser access (SEC EDGAR returns status: ok, v0.12.4). Action configs haven’t changed. The problem appears on the first call of a fresh session across both agents.

This is blocking our launch.
