People from india want to use pickaxe but this platform dont have Razorpay integration. So it is not possible for us to use Pickaxe. Could you please do anything so that Indian payment gateways can be used or can you suggest in your workaround? please do that.
Hi @ams3085,
We do not provide any alternative payment gateways besides Stripe. If you cannot use Stripe, you can instead send users to an external link for payment. Users would then pay with your link and you would have to manually update user accounts for upgrades or uses. Hopefully this helps!
Thanks for the reply, Kyle. But will the subscriber see the credit usage for example if they bought 1000 credits and if they use 300 credits , then will they be able to see in their account the remaining credits . second question is instead of credits, Can I set the number of usage that would be easier for users to track compared to credits and is there any way in the pickaxe that help me to roughly estimate how many uses with correspond to how many dollar spent for that particular llm model used?
Hello @ams3085,
Pickaxe has two different ways of limiting subscriber usage. The first method is the default method called “Uses”. This means that each time a subscriber uses your agent, that is one use. You can set the amount of uses each person gets and they will be able to see their balance(if you want them to see). In this screenshot, my users get 20 total uses on the agent before they have to buy more uses!
The second method is called credits where each run is calculated based on how much the run actually cost. This means that if one user generates an image of a dog running through a field, they will be charged differently than a user who asks the agent what color the sky is.
To change between uses and the credit system, go to settings in your workspace. Scroll down until you see the “Control AI usage cost” section. Select the option you want as well as your rate (how much you’re charging users per use/credits).
If you want to calculate cost, revenue, and total profit, you can use our Agent Cost Estimator. Agent Cost Estimation | Pickaxe
Hope this helps!
Thank you very much Kyle for your kind help. Pickaxe is a great platform and I appreciate you people for developing this.
