When you connect a Google Drive folder to a knowledge base, what is indexed? I have a Google Drive folder full of other folders with lots of documents. So my question is, when I connect a Google Drive folder, does it recursively open nested folders to index ALL of the docs in the parent folder. Or just the documents (not subsequent folders) that are listed inside the top-level folder. Sorry if that is confusing. Tough question to ask.
I’m pretty sure we don’t currently support connecting whole folders at all. If you’re able to do it through the UI, I wouldn’t expect it to work. It’s something we’re considering building in the next few weeks though! If we do implement it, it’d be recursive.
