I am building a pickaxe for commercial cleaning companies. Sometimes this will come with a RFP is there a way to upload documents like this?

Welcome to the Pickaxe community.
It will be helpful to get additional context to provide proper guidance. In general, you can upload a PDF/Word file in the Pickaxe. You need to enable it in the Pickaxe builder.
