You can now upload audio (MP3 and MP4) files to both a chat and to the Knowledge Base! You can do this from the Knowledge Base tab in the Studio Dashboard, in the Pickaxe Builder, or in any chat that accepts file uploads :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I couldn’t insert the MP3 file from the chat.
