Hi all, can anyone tell me if I can upload an mp3 file, or directly with the voice to create a Pick that can transcribe from voice to text.
Can it be done?

You cannot upload audio files.
Here’s a good workaround though: If you upload the audio file to Youtube as a video, you can feed that youtube video link to your knowledge base. It will retrieve a transcript of the youtube video. Here’s a longer post that explains how to train AI chatbots with youtube videos.
FYI - I got an email from Lindsay at Pickaxe. She said if we want Pickaxe to add the ability to upload audio files, then we should post this request in the “Features Request” section and not in other community sections like General. Apparently, they don’t want users to discuss feature requests in other section. I sent her a screenshot of users wanting to upload audio files. Then she replied and said: “none of the posts shown are in the “Feature Requests” section, which is where users can upvote potential site changes. It’s really helpful for us to see votes on issues so we have a sense of how to prioritize updates.”
So if we want Pickaxe to add the ability to upload audio files and use audio related actions via models like Reka AI, then we need to upvote existing posts and create more posts in the Features Request section.
