I built a pickaxe to analyze an audio file mp3 or m4a. I am using Gemini 3 Flash and a free Pickaxe account. Do I need to upgrade my model and/or Pickaxe account?
Hi @trywitty, thanks for your question! Can you tell me if you’re trying to upload the file to the Knowledge Base or as an end user, and if the latter, whether you’re in the builder, on your webpage, or in an embed? That will help us diagnose the issue!
The issue is when uploading mp3 or m4a audio as end user. In builder, when attaching file, audio files are greyed out. So I tested using the deployment link, drag and drop file and get the error: You can only upload PDF, TXT, DOCX, CSV, XLSX, JSON, PPTX, MD, XML, PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or GIF files. Please try again. Hi @trywitty, thanks for following up! Can you tell me the name of the Pickaxe where you’re seeing this, and any screenshots that you might have, so I can help troubleshoot? It should be possible to upload audio files, I just tried it on my end and it seems to work okay so it might be setup-specific!
