I have an invite-only workspace - I bulk-invited 30 users. When they click the invite link on a desktop or laptop, it renders the sign-up page correctly, but on mobile (or possibly only on iOS - can’t be certain), it renders the sign-in page, and of course, they can’t sign in as they don’t yet have an account!
Is there an issue with this as at the moment, I’m working overtime on pager duty trying to navigate 30 users all wanting in when they don’t have a laptop/desktop available.
We were able to reproduce this issue on our side and have escalated it to our engineering team as a high-priority bug. It is currently being tracked internally under PRD-1023.
I will update this thread as soon as we have more information or once a fix has been deployed.
The issue tracked under PRD-1023 has now been fixed by our engineering team. The regular invite flow should be working as expected again, and invitation links should now redirect users to the correct sign-up flow.
When you have a chance, please test it on your side and let us know if you notice anything unexpected.
