Whenever I link a web URL in the knowledge base after scraping and committing it to the knowledge base, it gives me a file upload error. PDF files can be added to the knowledge and be successfully uploaded but not web links.
I have also not exceeded the limit of 50 files per bot/tool.
Thanks for the detailed explanation, that’s really helpful. Since PDFs are uploading fine and you’re still under the 50-file limit, this doesn’t sound like a quota issue.
Could you please share a screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing when you add the web URL? Also, if you can send us the specific URL you’re trying to scrape, we can attempt to replicate it on our end and see what’s happening.
