What were your wins and fails last month?

I’ll start:

Win – I tested posting my tool in 8 directories (from a list I’ve been building). Some worked, some flopped, but it still netted me 458 new users.

Fail – Soft launched a new product way too cheap, lost about $100.

What about you? What were your wins and fails in the past month?

Curious on the directories! Cool idea :slight_smile:

Wins:
• hit 1000 users
• profitably acquiring users through ads
• did a TON of testing and got some great data

Fails:
• one of the tools didn’t work completely, took us 600 uses to discover it, which left a bunch of users frustrated
• onboarding has been rough, sometimes the create user automations I set up works great, and other times it doesn’t. This has led to refunds / disputes for people not getting what they purchased

Wins: I finally revamped my online brand and finalized my marketing strategy (and I already see some other experts doing something similar :wink:) - excited to begin implementation across the board and see positive changes come to the Pickaxe platform! :rocket:

Also, I delivered 80% one of the most complex projects I ever built on Pickaxe for my client. Excited to see him lead his industry and make a positive change that drives AI adoption in his country and industry!

Fails: I almost died from working too much :sweat_smile: But the outcome is well worth it.
