With all the new features we’ve been adding, the Workspace dashboards have been getting a bit cluttered! To keep the interface as simple as possible, we’ve done some reorganizing. Tabs are now compiled into groups, with each dedicated to a different element of the Workspace experience.
Within Agents, you can:
- View and edit each of your Agents
- View and edit your Workspace Knowledge Base
- View and edit the settings related to your agents
Within Deployments, you can:
- View and edit each of your deployments, including both portals and individual bot deployments like embeds and direct links (new page alert!)
- View and edit your portals
- View and edit your pages (which can be added to one or more portals)
- View and edit the settings related to your deployments
Within Users, you can:
- View user activity (including all agent conversations) and message insights
- View and edit user memories
- View and edit access groups
- View and edit the settings related to access and monetization
Within Settings, you can view adjust Workspace-level elements such as your language and API keys.
